Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far away, a small separatist sub-genre of jazz mated with "acid " rock, and spawned a fresh spin on rigid royal dynasties of the tried and true. The seldom congenial clans of Rock, Blues, Soul, Jazz, and yes, even the flash in the pan domination of Disco, began to gather cobwebs on the mantle until a slight gust of wind gradually strengthened to a gale, thus revealing Electronica had arrived. From day 1 of The Underground Vibes Show's ( originally named The Electronic Cafe ) creation in the early nineties, our goal has always been to present all varieties of Electronic music through theater of the mind inspired themes. I have always thought the strength of this show lies with those who wield the saber. Each show is as original as the DJ who creates it. Our power depends on the rare gems we can add to the vault, so if you have some music to offer, we would love to hear it. I just can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with DJ Sean and DJ David Hallowell. Great soul and effort go into their blocks, and really creates a polished sound. David did a great job creating this new blog....many thanks....And Now For Something Completely Different
